At Amfitech we believe that the corporate culture and common values are a big part of the key to our success.

We believe that the corporate culture and the common values we have defines how we act with employees as well as customers.

We believe in having a personal approach to our employees.

 

Freedom under responsibility

 

At Amfitech we believe in freedom under responsibility, and we practice as we preach.

We believe that the freedom under responsibility given to each employee encourages to the creative problem-solving on a daily basis.

We believe that this does not only contribute to the work-life-balance, but also the general well-being of the employees.

 

It has to be fun to come to work, but we do not come for the fun

 

At Amfitech we believe that it should be fun to come to work, but we do not come for the fun.

We believe that one of the fundamental basics to having fun at work is to have a well-founded community, where we are involved in each other as well as being passionate about solving the daily tasks.

We cultivate community though social events - some planned by the management, and others planned on the initiative of the employees.

But it’s not all about work…

We also like to have fun together outside work. In Amfitech we have an annual summer event and an annual winter event, besides the activities that are planned occasionally by the employees. For each event the company sets a party committee amongst the volunteers in the company, who is responsible for planning the event.

At the winter event 2022 the party committee had planned for the whole company to visit an Event Park. The activities were amongst others, ATV-safari, bow-combat and teambuilding activities.

At the summer event 2022 the party committee had planned for the whole company to visit a shooting range. The activities were amongst others, pistol and revolver shooting with different calibers, and a game of “running pig” with hunting rifles.

At the summer event 2023 the party committee had planned for the whole company to visit an Ultralight Flying Club. The activity here was amongst others to try to steer the ultralight flight ourselves besides the guided tour from the air.
